Great value for money in principle. Spacious and clean mobile home.
On our arrival we had only four beds (double and two twins) made ready for a family of five. The leisure centre was closed and would not be open again till Feb 26. That was a great disappointment as one of the biggest perks of this booking was the swimming pool for our kids. The host should have made that obviously clear, rather than advertising the accommodation with misleading images (in my view).

lovely caravan . Warm and cosy even in January. Liked that it was dog friendly
The mattress's on the main and twin beds were uncomfortable , could feel the springs, the twin bed mattress was stained. Perhaps think about buying a memory foam topper for the beds.
