Disappointing

The bed was good. The hostess (not the owner) was friendly on the phone (we have not seen her)

B&B but without breakfast service! Very strange! Price was far too high for the room. The room was far from luxery and nothing was realy clean when you looked in detail. Price is equal to a 4 star hotel in Maastricht city, but this was far from what you get there. Booking.com said 2.3 km from city center Maastricht (so, walking distance) but in real life it was about 3 times this distance. We have not seen anybody from the property, and no one had contacted us if everything was okay. 3 Coffee cups were at our room for 2 days, and when you needed more, you had to buy them… The kitchen was from a very poor quality and a shame for a B&B at this price. This was far from what we had expected and overall a very disappointing expirience.

Bed without breakfast

There was free parking outside that was incredibly easy to use! Very quiet area during the day and night so optimal for sleep, this is doubled by the comfortable beds! Wifi is included and it was very good.

Breakfast was NOT included, even though "bed and breakfast" is in the name. We found the tinniest bit of blood on the bathroom door, which is not alarming but a little gross. There is a huge lamp that hovers over the small dining table and chair sized couch, which was incredibly dusty to the point that we could see it just by walking into the room. The coffee machine made strangely weak coffee, along with expired sweetener. We never met our host, only were on call with her, which some guests may like but it's not for us. We were happy to pay the given price thinking breakfast was involved (as many reviews from prior guests said they received it) but without it it seems subpar. It is close enough to the center only if you have a car, however the parking in Maastricht that we found was very expensive. There are also quite a lot of photos of both rooms on the info page but the upstairs was sealed off (the room with stained glass, couches and more space) so I'm assuming that room is not for booking at this time. Overall a bit of a strange experience. Headsup that we did not complain directly (besides the breakfast), so things may have been resolved but it was a bit awkward to call after small inconveniences for a one weekend stay. If we would have stayed longer we would have pushed more.

Prachtige omgeving voor wandelingen maar oncomfortabel voor koud weer.

Het ontbijt en de ontvangst door super aardige mensen en leuk cafe-restaurant om de hoek.

De kamer was niet warm te krijgen, badkamermeubel en keuken zijn heel gammel in elkaar gezet en er is geen kook gelegenheid. De info folders dateerde van jaren terug.

Gute, preiswerte Alternative für den Besuch von Maastricht

Gemütliches , kleines Appartement. Nettes Empfang und hilfsbereit. Etwas weit von Zentrum von Maastricht entfernt ( Konzert), die Strecke ist aber gut zu fahren.

Schone kamer maar geen afsluitbare badkamer en toilet; in deze prijscategorie kan dat echt niet.

De kamer was schoon.

Wat niet duidelijk was bij de boeking was dat de badkamer geen deur had, alleen een gordijn. Dus geen goede afsluiting en geen goede ventilatie. Ook bleek het plaatsje waar je buiten kon zitten, niet aan de kamer vast te zitten, wat wel de indruk was die gewekt werd bij de boeking. Om die reden viel de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding erg tegen.

Voor de prijs vond ik het kwalitatief veel te weinig.

De vrouw waar de sleutel bij werd opgehaald was erg aardig en bij problemen werd er snel gereageerd.

In de beschrijving stond het aangeduid als appartment, maar het is meer een kamer met een keukentje er in en een klein badkamertje er naast. Het keukentje is voor een groot gedeelte afgewerkt met Ikea materiaal en spulletjes. Door de grote ramen aan de straatkant heb je niet veel privacy en de koelkast springt s'nachts nogal lawaaig aan. Neem oordopjes mee. De tv deed het niet de eerste nacht omdat de batterijen leeg waren en de eerste nacht was er ook geen warm water.

We hadden een bed en breakfast geboekt. Je verwacht dan dat er ontbijt bij in zit.Helaas was dat dus niet zo.Ze bieden ze helemaal geen ontbijtservice aan. Dus hadden we geen mogelijkheid om hier te ontbijten.Wat we erg jammer vonden. Helaas was onze verwachting van deze locatie anders.

Très bon séjour. à refaire.

Belle chambre atypique dans un ancien cloître. Acceuil chaleureux des propriétaires. Nous avions eu un soucis avec le chauffage le premier jour, qui a été réglé au plus vite. Merci pour l'acceuil!
