clean apartment for a quick overnight stay, the host was very nice

We were actually late in meeting up with our host, Romain and he was very gracious. He met us and showed us the apartment and answered any questions we had. He seemed like a really nice guy. My daughter and I needed a clean and safe place to sleep that was also affordable. The apartment had simple furnishings and was very clean. Nice that it had the outdoor space on the balcony. Also nice that the shutters could be closed at night. Thank you, Romain!

I wish there had been another blanket and a couple more pillows. It would have been nice to have a hand towel and soap in the WC. And some lights next to the bed would have made reading before sleeping easier as well as created a more cozy ambiance. We found some candles in the apartment and my daughter fortunately had a lighter, so we enjoyed a warm glow before bedtime. We are people who enjoy a comfy, cozy space and this apartment was lacking in those areas. For the purposes of our stay, it met the criteria, so I don't mean to sound like I am complaining, I am simply offering the requested feedback.

Smooth and comfortable; luxury apartment stay.

I was able to just text Roman on booking and he check me in and out very quickly. The walk to the old town takes you through a nice park with good views. The space was all mine and I could do laundry from all of my traveling very easily. There is also a mall that is very close and has good options for a late night snack.

L'accueil de Romain, sa gentillesse et ses précieux conseils sur les lieux à visiter et les bonnes adresses de restaurants La décoration de l'appartement réalisée avec beaucoup de goût, l'état de propreté impeccable, la literie de qualité et l'ensemble des prestations proposées. Le calme de la résidence et de l'environnement La proximité du centre ville d'Annecy et le parking gratuit à côté de l'appartement.

Juste pour chipoter, il serait bien de rajouter 2 petites lampes de chevet dans la chambre

Le fait que le propriétaire vienne personnellement remettre les clés et donner les explications. L'endroit est calme et pas trop loin du vieux Annecy.

Ampi spazi, parcheggio gratuito e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo CONSIGLIATO

La struttura è molto spaziosa ed ha tutto quello che occorre anche per soggiorni più lunghi(noi siamo stati 3 giorni ed eravamo in 2 insieme al ns gatto). È leggermente distante dal centro di Annecy (10 min di auto) ma ha il parcheggio gratuito e sempre disponibile sotto casa, insomma se sei con l’auto è il TOP. Inoltre Romain è un host molto disponibile, ti accoglie sotto casa e ti mostra l’immobile e ti da qualche informazione utile sul territorio e resta a disposizione per tutta la durata del soggiorno

La struttura non era stata pulita a fondo e aveva qualche difetto come lo scarico del wc che dovevi tirare più volte ed ha il letto un po’ scomodo ma nel complesso sono cose che non hanno compromesso particolarmente il ns soggiorno

Apartmán perfektní. Komunikace s hostitelem výborná. K dispozici bezplatné parkoviště. Dům s výtahem. Vzhledem k velmi rušnému městskému silničnímu provozu doprava do historického centra autobusem (č. 2 a 4) za 2 Eura úžasná. Celé město v zeleni. Plavba kolem celého jezera (1,5 hodin) za 22 Euro. Apartmán a Annecy nemají chybu.

Komisařka Florance nebyla přítomna. Cca desetikilometrový dálniční úsek na Ženevu za 10 Euro.

Bien pour une seule nuit.

L'appartement pour deux personnes est spacieux et très clair. Très moderne et assez bien agencé. Grande terrasse très appréciable. Parking accessible.

La cuisine est sous-équipée. Pas de bol à salade, pas de casseroles. Poêles en mauvais état. Pas de verres à vin. Literie incomplète. Seulement 2 oreillers plats. Baie vitrée fermant mal. Un lave-linge dans la toilette ! Pas de ventilateur.

La taille de l'appartement. Le balcon Fermeture des volets électriques et fonctionnels. La proximité avec un restaurant italien super bon. Souplesse du propriétaire pour l'accueil et la remise des clés qui se faisait uniquement en main propre.

Le lit vétuste La tête de lit étais à l'envers pour pas voir l'usure visible! Coussin tout plat et déjà usée.. L'appartement étais pas chauffée a l'arrivée on avais froid.. Attente pour restitution des clés en main propre..

Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Sehr viel Platz und schöner Ausblick vom Balkon. Direkt neben der Unterkunft gab es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Fahrtechnisch gut zu erreichen. Nur wenig entfernt ein großer Supermarkt.

Die Badewanne ist sehr schmal. Für den Duschschlauch gibt es keine Aufhängung oben an der Wand, um im Stehen duschen zu können, ohne den Schlauch in der Hand zu halten.
