Richmond Heritage Executive Apt for 2 w parking

The apartment was lovely and clean and spacious, has a beautiful view and really was everything we needed. It was also really good value for money.

People have mentioned it before but the fact that you have to go and pick up the keys from an IGA was really inconvienient. We also didnt realise we had to drop them off there, thinking that the owner would have another set of keys and we left them in the apartment. Was told that there was only one set of keys and would I pay for a locksmith. I think this needs to be clearer on what is to happen, also there should be a better system than asking the guest to drive 6 minutes to drop keys off when they are in a hurry to get to the airport. Felt a little unprofessional and inconvenient.

Convenience to transport and location

The apartment was lovely however if I did have a vehicle it was i tidy walk to the key drop.

Great location and instructions to pick up the keys were very informative. Safe parking space and easy to access close to shopping complex.

Property could use a good deep clean the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work and was obviously dusty and you could see the aircon filter needed to be cleaned. Linen could be updated.
