A great property, located in a quiet residential complex next to the Yarra river. Trams 12 and 109 right on the doorstep that take you into the city centre in about 15- 20 minutes. The apartment came really well equipped with everything you need to self-cater if you're that way inclined. We even found things like salt, pepper and other basic consumables that so often you don't find in rental apartments. The hosts (Marc and MJ) were very responsive to our pre-arrival communications and always quick to respond when we had any questions.
To be honest, I couldn't fault the property. It was perhaps a little bit more expensive than I had expected but I think prices in general were higher during our stay due to the demand for accommodation created by Taylor Swift playing in Melbourne for three nights during our stay.

Great location. Trams on the doorstep. Very comfortable bed. Everything you need is in the apartment. Shopping mall within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.
The check in is a little bit like a treasure hunt, delving in plants to find the lockbox. The key code didn’t work the first time, nor did the contact phone number. However, as soon as I sent an email, the host replied with the correct code. This is the only minor problem we encountered.

The apartment although compact was well laid out, perfectly clean and had everything we needed. The position in Abbotsford was ideal and Acacia Place complex is exceptional. Walk to the river, 2 lovely cafes in the courtyard and room was very quiet. An excellent weekend for us and would definitely stay again, thankyou Marc and MJ.
