Its position, really functional as it’s close to the city centre where lot of activities can be found

Unfortunately during the heatwave there wasn’t the air conditioning in the flat but it was an unexpected event so it was not related to a lack of care from the service

Fantastic location to get around town , clean everything you needed

Shower room very very small , bifold door across toilet which you had to shut once in to use toilet but it was very squeaky and rattled open & closing which work other person up

Excellent location & although no parking is included the public car park is located adjacent and is very reasonably priced. The property was easy to find and access, close to local shops and amenities. When entering the apartment it had a simple, nice design. The bed was extremely comfortable and an excellent size, the bed room was clean and again had a nice warm design. Biscuits and coffee and teas were provided, which was a nice touch.

Despite the excellent location & comfortable bed this property was let down in more ways than one! When entering the property a number of stains were on different aspects of the carpet, the carpet was in excellent condition and seemed relatively new, this really needed a deep clean! In the kitchen there are some questionable design flaws, I understand the kitchen space is small and limited, but the fridge is next to the oven. When using the oven the fridge heats up, then my food froze itself during the night. The fridge door seal is questionable and I’m not convinced it creates a perfect seal. I cooked some chicken for over an hour to find it was still very raw and in fact the oven was luke warm, I’m unsure whether the heating element has broken, the fan seemed to be working but the oven not heating, so I have to cook on a grill setting. After this I just didn’t use the oven! The previous guests clearly haven’t learnt how to wash up, I had to rewash all of the cutlery, plates and bowls and they still had food on them! I was provided with washing up liquid and a sponge that had seen better days! So had to by my own. No washing up bowl was provided, so whilst washing up I felt I was waisting a huge amount of water. I think the crockery should be checked when the property is prepared for the next guests. This simply wasn’t good enough. The kitchen tap came with a “hot water” warning, by hot, this means boiling! You could honestly made a coffee from the kitchen tap! Be careful! Coffee pods were provided for the coffee machine, but I was unable to get this to work, again I’m unsure whether this was broken by the previous guest or user error, it seemed simple to use, I don’t believe this was me! Along with the stained carpets one of the sofas was badly stained and I didn’t really want to sit on it! Both sofas were very uncomfortable and I was also unable to get the tv to work, this could have been due to the batteries in the remote.
