Clean, tidy easy to collect keys etc

Have to take own bedding, towels, soap, toilet paper the lot!

Close to the reception and entertainment area - definitely homely And comfortable

Not very well cleaned, food still in the fridge - butter, mayonnaise and a can of coke, frozen chips in the freezer box Dirty cloths under the sink I left a clean sponge and dish cloth and bleached the toilet’s One of the bedroom windows where broken, so I wasn’t able to open it and air it

The caravan and facilities were as expected, it was an enjoyable stay. However it wasn't very clean on arrival in the kitchen area specifically.

The kitchen area was pretty grubby to say the least when we arrived, Microwave and fridge were not clean at all with small bits of food etc, the toaster rack was full of grease and there were cob webs that look like they've been there for a while. I think we left the place cleaner than we found it for sure thanks to my wife and daughter. Not sure what the cleaners are being paid for, but they are not doing a very good job. The caravan itself was nice , however the cleaners are letting the place and owner down for sure.
