I would like to share my experience. We went there from Hungary. Host lady called us the day before at 21:15 PM, asking we are 100% going, answered her yes, but it was far too strange. When we arrived 8 instead of 7, she made a scene (on booking the check in should be happening before 8, so it was not that late) and I even sent her sms about our situation. (On the border there were too many cars). She yelled at me when I asked her to help us in navigation and even put the phone on me. She said she is not a navigator, since she is a woman, she just does not understand, how we are not able to find her place, she was mad and furious why we do not have internet, since "last time she was at Hungary she had internet access". The address which is on her booking place is misleading, if you follow that, it is not even close to the real address, so she should have sent the exact coordinates IN TIME, so not 15 minutes before arriving, and then being furious about not getting it due to network issues. Dear lady, i have some advises for you: -if you hate people, find another job, you ruined our vacation completely -if you hate letting people into the apartman USE your self-check in box with the key, since THIS IS THERE FOR THIS REASON -if you would like to mess with booking and cheat with money, do it more cleverly, since it was ridicoulos how you tried to delete our reservation after we left the apartam to not leave any trace to pay taxes... ALSO important info, jacuzzi is not that enjoyable, some people wrote before me, that the water heater's capacity is way tooo lower than it is needed for this jacuzzy, it can be comfortably filled like 1/3 if that, so any of the jacuzzy's function cannot be properly used with this amount of water. You lied about that also in some previous comment of yours, that you have it changed. Obviously not.
