Квартира оказалась очень чистой и приятной, у нас было всё необходимое. Вся техника работала исправно. Во дворе было достаточно места для парковки. Расположение - чуть вдалеке от основных достопримечательностей, но тем не менее до центра можно дойти всего за 15 минут. Хозяйка квартиры встретила нас и передала ключи, всё очень дружелюбно и быстро. В целом нам всё понравилось.

Улица, на которую выходят окна, оказалась очень шумной. Спальня оказалась очень маленькой, в ней поместилась только кровать и пара маленьких столиков.

Sonja is truly a great host—friendly and welcoming. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and the bed linens smelled nice. I can recommend it with complete peace of mind.

We stayed in this apartment for two weeks during a hot summer trip, and overall, it was a comfortable and convenient base. The space itself is nicely appointed and spotlessly clean, with everything we needed for a self-catering stay. The kitchen is well-stocked with ample utensils, pots, and pans - perfect for whipping up meals after exploring. Mid-stay, we had fresh bed linens and towels delivered without any hassle, which was a thoughtful touch. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived, with excellent English that made check-in and any questions a breeze. Amenities-wise, it ticked all the boxes: reliable WiFi for work and streaming, a decent selection of TV channels to unwind with, and an air conditioner that was a lifesaver in the July heat. Parking was surprisingly straightforward too - there's a large inner courtyard behind the building with plenty of free spots, or you can try your luck curbside out front if you're lucky. The location has its charms and challenges. On the plus side, it's surrounded by a mix of small local shops and smaller supermarkets, so stocking up was easy. There's a lovely park just a short stroll away for relaxing, and the city center was also within walking distance.

The street noise from constant traffic was noticeable all day. What we never quite got used to were the church bells from the one directly across the street - they chime loudly every 15 minutes, but the timing was very irregular, sometimes starting 10 minutes early or later than expected. This kicked off around 8am and sometimes dragged on for several minutes, with occasional rings even in the evenings. Weekends were even more lively with echoes from a farther church joining in, which could disrupt lazy mornings. Another downside was a leaking toilet. It wasn't a deal-breaker for us, but it did affect the bathroom experience.
