Peaceful green space in city centre

A clean and well-functioning place in a great location

A lovely place, probably even nicer than the photos. The landlord Lazar was very nice, swift in reply, gave clear instructions of how to meet, waited for us at the main entrance although we arrived almost 11pm. He led us the way, showed us everything then left. He then left it to us, never bothered us in any way. The place is in excellent location, walking distance to the town centre and Synagogue. The flat has everything we needed for 4 people including cooking, we stayed for 2 nights but could stay for longer. The flat building is really new and very clean inside, that set it apart from other buildings around it. On the check-out day, due to delay our end, Lazar couldn't get the flat back on time, but he let us have a bit longer to pack up. All went well thanks to his patience. It was a lovely place and lovely stay, thanks to Lazar. I would recommend this place.

The only pity was the lift was down for a while but got fixed in less than 24hrs. But it is out of the landlord's control really.

A lovely apartment that enhanced my visit to beautiful Subotica.

A lovely beautifully furnished apartment in modern style. Spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable & well equipped with constant hot water & a power shower. It’s about 20 mins walk from the centre of the beautiful town of Subotica known as the ‘art nouveau’ town. The owner is extremely courteous, friendly & helpful.

Odličan smeštaj, za svaku preporuku. Vlasnik objekta je veoma prijatan gospodin. Bilo nam je baš udobno i lepo. Apartman je čist i ima sve što je potrebno za boravak više osoba. Veliki plus je obezbeđeno parking mesto u garaži. Lokacija je odlična za obilazak Subotice. Želim im sreću u daljem radu i sigurno ću opet kod njih boraviti kad sledeći put budem dolazila u Suboticu

Subotica je divan grad.

Dobar položaj apartmana obzirom na centar. Mogučnost parkiranja u garaži je također prednost. Komunikacija je bila jednostavna i efektna. Apartman ima sve što je meni bilo potrebno za dva noćenja. Uredan i lijep apartman sa malim balkonom za ispijanje jutarnje kave. Jedino preporuka vlasniku da poveća količinu posuđa u kuhinji za goste koji bi skuhali nešto. Meni to nije bio nedostatak, ali razumijem da netko ima potrebe skuhati si.
