Cosy, clean, entire house feeling

It is comfortable, and clean, and you have an "entire house" feeling The staff is very professional. There is enough room for parking.

The apartment we were in was not the most quiet one as it shares a wall with a car repair shop which starts working pretty early. But the apartments on the other side of the courtyard are probably more quiet. The apartment is a bit more further from the city center but a 10 min walk will get you there.

The host was very kind and helpful, but unfortunately the apartment was not clean, with a dirty toilet and a lot of dust

While the host was very polite, helpful and friendly, and the apartment is new and well located, the accommodation was unfortunately very dirty.

The toilet was unclean and there was heavy dust everywhere. This made my pets sneeze constantly and bring all the dust with them. The lack of cleanliness was disappointing and made the stay uncomfortable.

The accommodation was very clean and conveniently furnitured and with own parking.

I liked the apartment cleanliness the most.

TV device Tesla was switching off every 10 minutes throughout the stay. Guy from the reception had sent a lady to check but she couldn’t help. We tried changing settings but there was all ok and nothing to change. This was quite annoying.

Everything. It was perfectly clean and equiped better than any hotel. The apartment is new, very clean and fragrant. Kitchen is perfectly equiped, for preparing food, coocking, even baking, there are paper towels, dish soap, tea, cofee. In the bathroom soap, shower gel, cotton pads, ear stickd, shoe shine, bed sheets and towels. The apartment is great for one night and for longer stay. It is also very close to Lidl and some restaurants. Very good thing is that there where manuals for all kitchen equipments left on the table. The host thought about everything

A nice place we would definitely use again if we come to visit Serbia once more.

The apartments were clean, nice and cosy & well equipped. The City Center is near, with a short walk. The host was friendly and helpful! Private parking is a plus. If we happen to stay in town again it's going to be at this place!

The neighbour businesses start early and some shouting and work noises came through. It might be still possible to improve on the sound insulation. The overall experience was still pleasant.

We liked it so much that we decided to stay longer

One of the best apartments I've stayed in! I really like that there are two rooms: bedroom and kitchen/living room. All furniture are brand-new. We were there on New Year's vacation and the apartment had Christmas decorations, it was cute and make us feel the Christmas spirit :) There are a lot of necessities for cooking, even an electric stove and oven (but no microwave). It was comfortable not only to have breakfast, but even to cook dinner for a celebration. The WiFi is good enough and there are a pretty big TV. They allowed us to stay with a little dog (for extra payment 10€ per the whole stay). But for this money they give our doggy comfortable and new dog bed and bowl. It was really nice that the hotel not just take money for a dog but also take care of it's comfort. The hotel is near the center, about 10-15 minutes of walking, although the street itself is located in a place like an industrial zone, but in the same time it is really quiet. Good looking clean yard with a place for parking and armchairs in front of every apartment: good for drinking coffee or smoking. The staff is friendly, some employees speak perfect English.

Window blinds are a little transparent and we had to use sleep masks to avoid waking up early in the morning. As I understand, there are no washing machine. Maybe it is somewhere on the territory of the hotel, but I'm not sure about it.

Facility without current stuff is OK

Location is central, facility has been recently opened (July '22), so it is clean and new. The facility is made of 5 apartment houses connected together. Parking in front is sufficient for two cars. No breakfast, there is a cafe on the main road, in front of the facility.

The shower is new but the water is not going away, perhaps better cleaning of the flush is necessary. Stuff is trying to be friendly, more like fake friendly, so it is a bit annoying. They insist on going round with them when check-out, to make sure nothing is stolen. The worst - they are charging the city tax, but this is not registered, so you may have trouble to prove where you stayed if you travel abroad later!

Superb

New apartments with a closed gate so car was safely parked. Excellent beds. Quiet neighborhood but only 10 minutes from the centre. Lidl, bakery and fast food joints only 3-4 minutes walk from the apartment. We are glad that we could bring our dog with us. The staff was excellent and we are very grateful for their help.
