Great place in the center

Location is superb, the terace is great for a leisure coffe, the appartement space is funcional and well organized. The owner (I suppose), Nikola, was pleasant and very helpful.

The bed was a bit soft, but it is a personal preference...

Lovely short break in a lovely place

Right in the heart of the beautiful town and very private. All the facilities you need for a stay and greet to have a terrace to sit out on. Really enjoyed it. Also the owners/ managers are lovely people and very helpful

Relaxation, fun, and gin rummy

The apartment itself is a lovely space that grows on you! It has a quaint charm to it, a sort of a fusion between the period architecture and the modern. High ceilings, the terrace overlooking the courtyard with entrances to other homes, and the hardwood floors, the parquet, to be exact, are paired with the amenities of modern life, (stove, fridge, air-conditioning, tv) all in one compact space. The apartment was sparkling clean, giving the whole place good energy. We felt comfortable living our daily life there. We had fun visiting the open market, the synagogue and the other sights, all within a short distance. The host has provided several brochures and catalogues describing nearby highlights and possible trips to take in the area and Serbia in general, but we had no time left to do side trips. Also, let me add, the terrace was a great spot where the two of us played cards with two of my dear friends from Subotica! And finally, thank you Karmela for your kindness to us! We had a great stay and will be back!

What gives the place character, also comes at a price. The stairs leading up to the apartment came as a surprise, and while they later provided a welcome short daily exercise, they were not fun on the first day when we had to lug up one of our bigger suitcases. The apartment itself has one step, separating the space between the bedroom and living room and kitchen. At first I thought it might be an issue, but it even proved to be a nice sitting spot while reading one of the brochures.

Only bathroom - too small. The bed is too soft, but it's ok for one night.

Fantastisch!

Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und man fühlt sich sehr wohl in dem Appartement! Es gibt ein Kühlschrank und alles Notwendige, um ein Tee oder Essen machen zu können. Es war alles sauber, frische Betwäsche und Handtücher und sogar Hausschuhe. Der Gastgeber war uns sehr hilfsbereit beim Parken und Klärung der Bezahlung der Parkgebühren! Und seine Empfehlung der Restaurants war goldrichtig : 2 von 3 haben wir besucht und waren begeistert! Ich habe mich in Serbien verliebt! Tolle und freundliche Menschen!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Kleinigkeit: Wasserkocher entkalken 😅 Aber wenn das Wasser sehr kalkig ist, lässt sich Kalk im Wasserkocher wohl nicht vermeiden.

这是一家让我不得不打满分的民宿，就像美丽的苏博蒂察，虽然不大，却令人惊叹、念念不忘。民宿位于城市中心的老建筑里，位置非常好。要知道夏季的苏博蒂察有许多夜间音乐会或者市集，我们每天在外流连到很晚才回住处，也不用担心交通和安全。房间经过改造，改造得很巧妙和舒适。有宽敞优雅、独享的庭院阳台，以及实用的厨房。房间里各式物品一应俱全，不仅干净整洁，而且很有品质。房东非常友好和彬彬有礼。特别当他提到自己对苏博蒂察的热爱时，让我们很有共鸣。我们也很感谢他，在这如童话般的城市用这样漂亮的空间，为世界各地的旅客带来一段美好的体验。

Хорошее место в самом центре Суботицы за эти деньги

1) приятный и гостеприимный владелец 2) самый центр Суботицы 3) центральное отопление и водоснабжение (что редкость для Сербии) 4) наличие плиты 5) приятный интерьер 6) не накурено ( что опять же - редкость)

1) нет вида ( маленький проем в колодец) 2) выключали воду в 1 из дней

Zentraler geht es nicht. Dennoch ruhig

Zentrale Lage. Mittendrin. Da die Wohnung im Hinterhof liegt, ist sie trotzdem weitgehend ruhig. Das Bett ist komfortabel und die Einrichtung geschmackvoll und funktional. Insgesamt fühlte ich mich hier gut aufgehoben!

Morgens dringt doch einiges an Geräuschen aus anderen Wohnungen herein. Das Badezimmer hat mir nicht besonders gefallen. Den Duschkopf kann man nirgendwo aufhängen. Trotzdem empfehle ich die Wohnung gern!
