Je to malá chaloupka s dvorkem mezi bytovkami a malým dvorkem. Vnitřek je hezky zrekonstruovaný. Jedna z ložnic má klimatizaci, která se v létě hodí. Wifina, pohodlné postele, ručníky, vybavená kuchyň. Dvorek má uzamykatelnou bránu. Vejde se tam auto, možná i 3 auta. Skvělý na rychlovenčení psa!
Po chvíli jsme zjistili, že ten dvorek je průchozí pro další dvorek s domkem vzaději. Takže tam máte sousedy, kteří jsou sice fajn, ale tu "vaši" branku do ulice systematicky odemykají + nezamykají. Přitom nás majitelé z nějakého důvodu upozornili, že máme fakt zamykat. V tom zadním dvorku mají středního psa, který se prý nemá hladit. Dceři ale strkal skrz branku míček, aby mu ho házela, takže pohoda.🙂
