Molt bona ubicació, amb pàrquing molt útil per entrar i sortir de Funchal . Molt net i lluminós. Ampli per a 2 persones tot i que el matalàs podria ser més còmode. Està situat damunt un centre comercial, cosa que facilita molt la compra del dia .
Si obres finestres, sents els motors aires condicionat dels edificis, però amb finestres tancades, no se sent res. Alerta amb el pàrquing, n'hi ha dos un al costat de l'altre, mireu bé que no sigui el del centre comercial. L'apartament t'enviarà dos codis, un per l'entrada principal i l'altre per obrir caixeta entrada apartament. Per entrar a l'edifici, SEMPRE ho has de fer amb el codi ( encara que al clauer hi trobaràs més claus ). Per entrar a l'apartament, un cop tens les claus, ja no cal introduir codi.El codi d'entrada que t'envien , té un número amb guió al mig, que NO cal introduir, es a dir poses el número seguit sense guió ( aquest guió ens va fer tornar bojos, no sabiem com posar-ho, vam haver de telefonar propietari..) Ho explic per si pot ajudar a futurs viatgers.

Die Ausstattung und die sehr gute Lage im Zentrum. Kostenloser Parkplatz.
Einziger Negativ Punkt ist die unbequeme Matratze bei der man die Federn durch spürt..
