Put off by exterior video.

Paid in full but decide not to stay at this property as we were put off by the video showing the location/ exterior of the property. Not what we expected as we didn't see the full picture until arrival day.

On se sent très bien dans cet appartement malgré quelques manquants essentiels

Appartement très très agréable Super deco Literies très bonnes Chambres spacieueses Proche vieux Montluçon Facilité d'accès aux clés Attention il est au 2e étage du batiment

-Équipements manquants après rapport a la liste de l'annonce ou livret dans l'appartement (grille pain, aspirateur..)- du coup pas de nettoyage des sols possibles - pas de capsules Nespresso comme annoncé a l'arrivee -Retrouve des couverts sales dans les tiroirs -Rien pour balayer ou nettoyer les sols -Obligé de remonter le thermostat toutes les heures car redescend systématiquement ( donc en hiver c'est pas top ) et super froid le matin -Étendage tiré dehors donc inutilisable l'hiver par températures negatives - Quartier " pas top" -2 jeux de serviettes pour 3 voyageurs - la vue du balcon est différente de celle vendue dans l'annonce 😉 - Pas de pression dans la douche - Rien pour sortir les affaires du four (manique ou torchon) Les améliorations ont été communiquées au propriétaire personnellement

Agréable séjour à Montluçon

Nous avons aimé la décoration, la propreté, le confort et la sympathie des hôtes. Cet endroit nous a donné envie de prolonger notre séjour.

Des remontées d'odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain et drôle d'odeur dans l'une des chambres. Dommage que notre séjour ait été trop court.

Très bien

Nous ne sommes restés que de Minuit à 9h le lendemain et n’avons utilisés que la chambre double, les WC et la douche. Dans l’ensemble, nous étions satisfait. Le logement correspond aux images, il est propre et bien décoré, il est bien équipé aussi et Alexandre semble très sympathique.

Les oreillers sont à changer, il faudrait aussi un protège matelas, un matelas pour le lit bébé et un tapis de sol pour la douche.

Contact, vidéo d'accès, clarté. Écran connecté, déco globale de l'appartement, grand, balcon, propre.

Odeur de reflux d'égouts à la salle de bain. Matelas trop mou (ou trop vieux). Oreiller trop petits et sans consistance. Lunette des toilettes mal fixée. Pas de sopalin à disposition. Petite culotte en dentelle rouge (usagée) trouvée en arrivant dans la chambre. Douche bouchée par le calcaire.
