The accommodation was misrepresented and unfit for four guests. A very disappointing experience!!

We booked this accommodation for four guests, yet the space is only suitable for two. The so-called “sofa bed” is not a real sleeping arrangement — it is essentially the floor, and it is in extremely poor condition. It is absolutely unacceptable and impossible to sleep there (see attached photos). This alone should be grounds for delisting this property. Furthermore, the apartment lacks basic comfort. There is no air conditioning, and the only solution provided was a single small fan, which is clearly insufficient for four people, especially with two expected to sleep on the floor. Opening the windows is not a viable option due to the presence of mosquitoes and insects — there are no mosquito nets installed. The overall quality of the apartment is shockingly substandard. The finishes are poorly executed: badly cut plastic flooring, wallpaper installed in the shower area (which is obviously deteriorating due to moisture), and exposed nails protruding from the walls and wooden furniture. None of these serious issues are visible in the photos advertised on the booking platform. We had reserved two nights but were unable to stay under these unacceptable conditions. We immediately requested a refund, which was denied. Communication with the property is also an issue — it is not possible to speak directly with the owner, only with a concierge who has no authority to make decisions. The service was unprofessional, dismissive, and entirely unsatisfactory. This listing should be removed from Booking.com. We have used this platform for years and never encountered such an appalling, misleading, and uncomfortable accommodation. The experience was deeply disappointing, and we were left with no choice but to leave as soon as possible.

Manque de linge de toilette Vétusté de la salle de bains, des stores, du sol... Tapis de salle de bains sales. Pas de linge de vaisselle.

très calme et spacieux

la baignoire était bienvenue le calme était parfait la vue sur le chateau et les hirondelles d'un côté et sur des grands arbres de l'autre côté appart traversant donc très clair l'ascenseur jusqu'au 3e (appart situé au 4e donc seulement un étage à monter à pied )

la cuisinière était inaccessible car bloquée par le grand frigo ! j'ai dû me tordre le dos pour faire une compote puis j'ai arrêté de cuisiner ce qui m'a occasionné des frais imprévus de restaurants !!! (j'avais prévu de faire des repas moi-même comme dans les autres logements loués à Montluçon...) la kitchenette trop petite et dangereuse car sous poutre basse je me suis tapé la tête en me relevant de la poubelle !!! le matelas : on sent les ressorts ! svp changez-le le "canapé" est trop petit raide inconfortable

Il manque un peu de vaisselle. Si l'appartement est loué pour quatre adultes le canapé, qui se transforme en ''lit'', n'est pas du tout adapté. La partie en mousse qui sert de matelas ne fait que 1,20 m par 1,20 m.
