Beds are not too big, it was good for my 12 and 14 yo but my husband is 1.90 tall and for us it was on a small side. We found it cosy and and perfect for a stopover.

Not Superb But Instead Well Below Average

Not much. The bathroom and kitchen have been modernized and there was a washing machine but when we arrived at 5.25pm the cleaner had loaded it with washing so we could use it. The location was fine with a 10 minute walk to town

So much!! Firstly it is in 1 of 3 high rise towers that look very much like government assisted accommodation. All the towers were tatty from the outside and it didn’t improve when we entered the lobby, used the lift and walked along the corridors. Everything looked neglected and shabby so I was concerned that the servicing of the lift might not be done regularly. After my first trip in it I chose to use the stairs to access the 4th floor where the apartment was. The apartment itself is NOT superb as its title describes it. It is mediocre and basic at best. The water unit leaks in the toilet constantly making a hissing/gurgling noise that never stops. There is a bare light bulb in one bedroom and another bare one dangling down in the hallway. The towel rail in the bathroom hooks over the door so to close the door when showering you have to remove the towel rail. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and between them there was 1 bedside ‘table’ and no bedside lights at all. There was a floor lamp in one of the bedrooms. We didn’t use the kitchen so I can’t comment on that.

Le titre de "Superbe " est surfait. L'appartement est vieillissant. -La literie est vraiment de mauvaise qualité (chambre coté salon), la matelas à du est être récupéré chez Emmaüs. En enlevant les draps, on voit le trou au centre et de le tissu complètement usé. (bref, c'est pas un matelas d'hôtellerie et bien usé) -De la moisissure dans la SDB, dans la douche notamment. -Une odeur trop forte de parfum d'ambiance artificiel, (mis également sur les draps ! ) que l'on a du retiré tellement c'était inconfortable et écœurant à avoir le nez sur un drap parfumé. -des parfumeurs à brins de partout (au nombre de x10) -le sol de la cuisine parquet flottant qui laisse apparaitre la dalle béton. -la réception de la TV médiocre -pas de verres disponible dans le buffet quant nous avons été présents. -les VMC pleins de poussières -certaines prises électriques ouvertes

On se sent vraiment comme à la maison

C'est la 3e fois que je séjourne avec des collègues différents et ça se passe toujours très bien. Logement spacieux, et joliment décoré, vraiment avec un très bon goût. Propreté nickel et bien équipé Le quartier est calme, on se gare très facilement l’accueil chaleureux de l’hôte même à distance, sa disponibilité et sa réactivité sont vraiment top. La literie est très confortable, les espaces lumineux aussi. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons sans hésiter !

Souvent en déplacement pour tesla, nous sommes tombés sur ce magnifique appartement au cœur de Montluçon, proche de tous les commerces et des grands axes. Hébergement agréable et calme. Propriétaire très aimable et bienveillante. Je vous le conseille les yeux fermés !
