Super petit appartement avec parking gratuit à proximité. Nous avons apprécié la proximité du centre et de ses commerces.

Dommage ça aurait pu être mieux

Personnel très sympathique, à l'écoute et réactif. Bravo et merci. Une note pour eux 10/10. Disponible à n'importe quelle heure. Photos conformes, salle de bains propre.

Malheureusement odeur continue de cigarette au RDC (de retour chez nous après quelques jours dedans on a encore l'odeur de cigarette sur certains vêtements) Propreté des vaisselles, on a lavé avant d'utiliser, trace de lait, de café dans les mugs et bols. Certains linges de canapé pas propre ou absent ( mais quand j'ai remonté l'info, ils ont réagi en ramenant d'autre linges de lit et aussi un diffuseur pour l'odeur je ne pouvais pas beaucoup l'utiliser avec un bebe) Places gratuites de parking sur la place mais moins de disponible.

L'emplacement proche du vieux Montluçon.

Les escaliers bien raides et dangereux surtout pour des personnes âgées (85 et 86 ans. L'absence de contact humain.

Bon séjour

Les appartements sont très bien équipés tant par l’électro -ménager que par tous les petits à côté ( capsules de café/thé, sucre , éponge , liquide vaisselle , torchon, papier toilette , shampooing, gel douche , sèche cheveux , serviettes et draps etc… )

L’isolation phonique mais ça ne nous a pas trop gêné car nous étions en famille . Sinon cela peut être problématique
