Dans l’ensemble, l’appartement est très bien. La salle de bain est super et bien équipée, il ne manque peut-être qu’un sèche-cheveux. La cuisine, elle aussi, est très agréable et fonctionnelle. Le salon est correct : le couchage paraît confortable au premier abord, mais on sent rapidement les lattes du sommier, sans doute à cause d’une utilisation régulière. Cela reste néanmoins convenable. L’emplacement est parfait, proche de tout, avec un parking juste devant l’appartement : que demander de plus !

Le gros bémol s’est fait sentir dès l’ouverture de l’appartement : une forte odeur, mélange de cigarette et d’autres effluves, imprégnait l’entrée et le salon. La salle de bain et la cuisine étaient épargnées, à moins que notre odorat se soit habitué d’ici là. En entrant dans le salon, la pièce de vie correspond bien aux photos : elle est bien aménagée et bien équipée, avec en plus un ventilateur. Toutefois, des traces sur les murs, du côté du couchage, nuisent à la propreté générale.
