La décoration, les équipements et sa situation géographique. Sans oublier la disponibilité et la courtoisie de l’hôte Alexandre.

J’ai manqué de casseroles compatibles avec la plaque de cuisson. Mais c’est un détail qui n’enlève rien à la qualité de l’établissement .

Hôte réactif et à l'écoute. Déco stylée, rénovation de qualité et équipements très corrects.

C'est une suggestion mais des alèses sur les matelas donneraient un atout supplémentaire pour l'axe hygiène.

The property is really well finished and the furniture, decorations and equipment are all clean and well looked after. The initial communication was great, giving a detailed list of instructions and reminding us of the house rules and what was expected of guests.

Communication- although initial communication was good when at the property the WiFi code wasn’t working and we had no response to our requests about it. We were told not to make noise after 10 pm or be fined, however we could hear every noise from the other two apartments both above and below. The neighbours had a rather loud party until 2 in the morning. Probably wouldn’t have been so bad if it wasn’t during a heat wave as the lack of AC meant having the windows open. We were told we would have to pay for deodorising if we smoked in the apartment, but the people in the apartment below were smoking cigarettes and other substances under my sons bedroom window and all he could smell was that, as it was really hot and he had to sleep with the windows open open. The shower in the bathroom was designing so that all the water runs out of it and onto the bathroom floor. I’m really glad that this was only a pit stop and that we didn’t have to stay more that one night. I understand that the things happening outside the flat weren’t the owners fault, but proper sound insulation, AC and a bathroom fitter who understands how water moves would solve them.
