This annex stay was a true gem. It felt like a home away from home—open space with a kitchen, seating, and workspace. I had the freedom to prepare meals and enjoy thoughtful touches like hot drinks and breakfast basics. In warmer months, there's a garden with a lovely view. The quiet location, easy parking, and peaceful atmosphere made it stand out—no hotel noise, just countryside calm. Whether traveling for work or leisure, I had a relaxing stay. And when I will be in the area again, this is exactly where I’ll stay!
Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like. It was just what I needed.

This is a beautifully laid out and attractive property located in a village with good links to Middlesbrough, Redcar and the east coast. It's warm, easily accessed via the side gate to the main house and is nicely positioned at the end of the garden. The kitchenette provides all that you need for a short stay and most things have been considered so as to make your stay comfortable and cosy. The shower is great, too.
Bear in mind that the ceiling upstairs is vaulted and you're less likely to crack your head on it!
