A great little place

This is a beautifully laid out and attractive property located in a village with good links to Middlesbrough, Redcar and the east coast. It's warm, easily accessed via the side gate to the main house and is nicely positioned at the end of the garden. The kitchenette provides all that you need for a short stay and most things have been considered so as to make your stay comfortable and cosy. The shower is great, too.

Bear in mind that the ceiling upstairs is vaulted and you're less likely to crack your head on it!

Perfectly appointed, spotlessly clean, prime location for nearby event at Whinstone View. Private entrance, free off-street parking & plenty of things to keep people occupied if they were to stay for longer than one night, as we did. Would definitely return if the opportunity presents itself.

Excellent annex over two floors, with all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay

Excellent annex building to stay in. Well furnished and a really comfortable place to stay for a night or more. Really handy having a small but well stocked kitchenette, as well as plenty of spaces around the property to relax in. Also a really nice area to be staying in / visiting - would highly recommend!

Beautiful little apartment. Comfy bed with good pillows. Great shower with lots of hot water. It really exceeded my expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

A cute little spot, everything you could need. Friendly hosts. Very clean and fresh smelling. Very well appointed. Furnishings definitely to my taste. Communications fast and efficient.

One teaspoon. WiFi went off at 10.30, but host did explain the next day and it was fine. Kept getting caught out by sloped ceiling/ end of the bed - my spacial awareness needs work!

What a gem of a place!

Roseberry Loft is a gem of a place, perfectly located for exploring North Yorkshire, I was visiting friends who live locally. The place is tastefully decorated and absolutely everything is catered for. Off road parking and a lovely, friendly host, I’m sure I will be returning

A perfect base to explore the North York Moors

Couldn’t ask for a better little property! Perfectly placed for Roseberry Topping and other local big walks. We also visited Saltburn By Sea, which was lovely. Safe parking on the drive, extra mile for breakfast and spacious for two adults and two dogs.

I loved Roseberry Loft it was really cosy, clean and comfortable. The photos are great but they don't even do it justice. Also fully equipped kitchen, two couches, TV, and beautiful ensuite, top marks.

Immaculate cosy space, very comfortable. Host was really welcoming and had paid great attention to detail. Very quiet area. Was perfect for coming back to after my night shifts. Would also be perfect for a base to explore the area.
