В квартире есть все необходимое. Чисто и комфортно. Расположена вблизи основных достопримечательностей. Вернемся еще. Нам все очень понравилось

Practical. And right in the heart of a young and vibrant part of the town. Communication was excellent and host very responsive.

Quite small but still provides everything essential. The street and the house are fairly noisy and you can’t sleep with the window open. Compared to other places we stayed in Italy it was slightly less charming than expected.

Emplacement vraiment bien pour visiter les principaux monuments de Florence. Bus à proximité. Équipement suffisant. Séjour de 4 nuits .

Bruyant car la rue est très passante. Correct pour la nuit en fermant les fenêtres.

The confort, location and cleanliness of the apartment were extremely good (I have rarely seen such a clean accomodantion)!

But there are problems in the communication bettween host and employees. I had combined my arrival time with Edoardo for 7:30 pm, but had to wait half and hour (under the sun and 42g heat) for the employee to arrive and give me the keys. He was lovely, we had a super nice chat and he gave me sugestions on what do to in the city, but he wasn't sure which apartment in the building was mine' and ended opening the door to another family's room - which was unconfortable for everyone 🫡😳. There needs to be a better (basic) organization to avoid such unpleasent situations! Also, I was happy to rent a apartment with a coffee machine to use for breakfast, but it only worked with capsules and there was none there. The client needs to buy their on capsules? Also, I stored my food in the fridge and it all ended frozen! I had to through it all away! I talked to the hoast and he kindly (and promptly) answered that he would fix the problem and send capsules, but there was only one day left on my stay and I declined. The staff was happy to help, and the apartment was beautifull, comfortable and extremely clean, but for a nice stay it is necessary that the apartment is ready for the needs of the guest.
