The location is the best. Walking distance to almost all the tourist sites and very close to the lovely Sant'Ambrogio market, you can enjoy fresh fruits, vegetables, cheese, etc. The apartment is cozy and equipped with the things you need. It is on the first floor so you can manage your luggage by stairs.
While I stayed there, the building was under renovation of the exterior walls. Sound was not a problem (because I was out during the day), but on the last day before leaving, the only window was covered by protection sheets. This is not the apartment's demerit, but it was a pity.
