Buonarroti's 1881 - The Secret Door to Florence

Apartamento super confortável, boa localização, e muito seguro. Apartamento conta com cozinha completa e com máquina de lavar roupas.

Havia uma mesa que já foi consertada, mas que fica balançando. Acredito que a melhor solução seria trocar por uma nova. Tínhamos uma certa dificuldade para fazer nossas refeições nesta mesa.

Location is excellent, close to everything but also on Saturday night very noisy even with closed windows.

Squeaky bed, unpleasant smell in the living room and one bathroom.

La posizione è eccellente si arriva in pochi minuti (max 10/15) in tutte le principali attrazioni della città. L’appartamento è nuovo, la stanza da letto grande e letti comodi. Gli elettrodomestici anche sono nuovi. Abbiamo chiamato prima del soggiorno per alcune info e gli interlocutori sono stati molto disponibili ed hanno risposto subito. Ci hanno permesso anche di lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in.

Noi abbiamo soggiornato in 4 e la zona giorno (che è priva di finestre) con il divano letto aperto diventa piccola, ma soprattutto abbiamo trovato solo 2 sedie e abbiamo dovuto fare la colazione e la cena a turno. Abbiamo trovato alcune stoviglie sporche . In bagno non c’era neanche una piccola saponetta per le mani (abbiamo trovato 4 piccoli flaconcini di detergente completamente vuoti che abbiamo cestinato noi!), ma soprattutto non c’è un piccolo mobile o una mensola dove poggiare le cose. Inoltre trovare una piccola bottiglia d’acqua non è una regola, ma prassi comune

Location was amazing, walkable to city centre and close to a few good restaurants

Although the team was responsive when we needed them, our overall stay was not so pleasant. The overall apartment was clean but there is an overwhelmingly strong cigarette smell in front of the apartment entrance door. We stayed for a total of 4 nights and the smell did not go away at all. The beds were not comfortable as well and if you’re a light sleeper, I would not recommend this place because you can hear everything outside the apartment and there are always people hanging around past midnight each night. On our last day, we had issue with power failure for the entire apartment which seems to be a common occurrence since the house manual has instructions for how to deal with it.
