Nice little rustic apartment walking distance from a lot of the major attractions. We only communicated via WhatsApp, but didn’t run into any issues. Got some great restaurant recommendations when we asked. As you have to cleanup any garbage and recycling, the good news is that there are recycling bins right across the street.

Good instructions to gain entry in the building and consequently to the flat. Very good location within the historic part of Florence. Appartement was spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, good bedrooms, bathroom was good. Various good restaurants within walking distance. Good transport links

Location--public market, Malborghetto (restaurant), bus stop close by. Walking distance to many attractions. Spaciousness of the apartment.
TP, paper towels were scarce; lock on apartment door was tricky to open at first, detailed instructions would've helped; shower door kept swinging into tub while showering; no full length mirror in communal space; 4 flights of stairs; taking trash to street bins at end of stay.
