About this apartment rental

Apartment in a central area, a stone's throw from the Duomo and the main tourist attractions of the city. On the first floor without elevator, consisting of two large double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, plus another full bathroom. Highly recommended for companies needing accommodation with separate rooms for their employees. Suitable for couples and groups

The rooms were great size, nice bathrooms, perfect for 4 couples and then we threw a kid or two on the couches. Host was amazing and location for breakfast and wine was awesome. Very happy with our stay, only thing I wish we would have known is it’s on the 3rd floor (counts as second in Italy) and the ceilings are 20ft tall so feels like you’re walking 4-5 flights even without luggage, we had my 91 year old grandmother with us otherwise this wouldn’t have been a big deal. We made it work and definately would stay again if traveling without my grandmother.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is an 11. Just outside the "touristy" area but close enough to walk. A great market just around the corner. Plenty of food options nearby. The hosts were very responsive and even allowed us to check in a little early. A couple reasons why it is only 4 star. First, if you wanted to cook, there is only a 2 burner electric cooktop and microwave. There isn't an oven. Second, the first bedroom picture is a little deceiving as that is a pullout couch in the main area where dining table and kitchen area is. We did not use that bed and converted it back to a couch. The second master is very nice. There is actually another bedroom not shown which has 2 twin beds. Beds were comfortable. If you aren't planning on cooking, I would highly recommend. We would definitely stay there again!
