About this house rental

In a little tower house a few meters from Santa Croce square, a great apartment with 4 double rooms (1 extra bed it 's possible) with bathroom. Air conditioned in every part. Wonderful terrace to live. No elevator.
completaly restaured in 2019, this apartmente is equipped with everithin you need. situated in a few minutes. thera are a lot of restaurant and bar nearby

The property was in a great location, plenty of space for everybody. Check in was easy and so I was check out. The only drawbacks were all the stairs with no elevator to bring luggage up, no common area room together, and the cactus on the terrace were a hazard especially for young children. Overall we enjoyed the property, had a great time in Florence.

Beware. Surprise charges
Location and apartment good. But they told us we had to pay an extra $30 check in fee if after 8 pm and some surprise $50 local tax. And you have to pay us cash at check in. This wasn’t disclosed or charged through VRBO. It was like extortion that we had to pay cash at check in for an extra $80. Very fishy and shady. If these are legit extra charges why aren’t they in contract. Be aware the host might surprise you.

Great location in Florence. Clean modern apartment multiple levels. Cute and convenient terrace adjacent to one of the bedrooms. Although the owner of the apartment warned us about the steep stairs, even the oldest of all party (74 yo) did OK with it

Great place to stay in Florence
We recently spent 8 nights at this property with our extended family. It was a great place to stay. It has recently been fully refurbished and everything was brand new. It was fully airconditioned but this wasn’t required. It was light and well ventilated. Everything you could want was in the apartment including umbrellas and a first aid kit. The welcome pack was fantastic with plenty of food and alcohol to get us started. The location was fantastic. Everything was within walking distance and the fresh food market was less than 200 metres away. Our host Iacopo was very accomodating and helpful. He arrived as we were checking out to help us get our bags down stairs. We were aware before we arrived that there was no lift. The apartment is on the top floor with a great roof top terrace and you do need to be able to climb the 4 flights of stairs to enjoy this property. This is a new listing and was extraordinarily good value when we stayed.

Die Treppen sind für ältere Leute nicht einfach, da hoch und schmal. Nach vorne zur Straße zu schlafen ist schwierig, da laut. Matratzen sind ok! Wohnung hat Studentencharakter. Die Lage ist generell gut! Alles in allem war es ok. Der Vermieter ist zuvorkommend.
