Prima verblijf

Het appartement is nieuw en schoon. Het ligt gunstig t.o.v. Maastricht en Valkenburg maar ook t.o.v. Aken en bijvoorbeeld Monschau.

Het instellen van de temperatuur lukte ons niet. Ook kregen we de magnetron niet aan de praat. Tip: een paar haken om je jas op te hangen zou handig zijn.

Superbe appartement très bien situé. Bien lumineux, spacieux et propre. Proche de la rockfabrik. Délicieux déjeuner chez plum .

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in zentraler Lage!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, zentral gelegen ,moderne Ausstattung, großer Wohnraum mit Küche, schönes Bad. Für 4 Personen ideal für einen Kurztrip.

Die Fussbodenheizung war besonders im Wohnraum schwer zu regulieren. Am Abend war es bei entsprechenden Aussentemperaturen etwas frisch im Raum. Ein, der Wohnung zugeordneter Parkplatz, wäre natürlich ideal. Wenn in der Bierstube gegenüber voll war, ging die Parkplatzsuche los, das macht nach langem Tagesausflug weniger Spaß.

Krasse Gegensâtze

Sehr saubere großzügige Wohnung.

Sehr träge Fußbodenheizung mit 23°C in den Schlafzimmern und nur ca. 19,6 °C in Bad und Wohnzimmer. Umgekehrt wäre gut gewesen??? Nervig lautes Zwangsbelüftungssystem im Wohnzimmer. Keine Anleitungen für die Einstellung von Heizung und Lüftung. Minimalistische TV - Fernbedienung ohne Tasten und Symbole. Im Bad hing eine Steckdose am Waschtisch aus der Wand. Bis Sehr wenig Besteck, somit spülen zweimal am Tag notwendig. Kein Küchentuch zum Abtrocknen. Parkplätze in der Nähe (tagsüber) nur mit Parkscheibe für 90 min.

Schönes Wochenende

Sehr schöne, komfortable uns saubere Wohnung. Lage zentral. Alles gut auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir sind mit dem Zug nach Aachen gefahren, dass hat auch alles geklappt.

Von der Straße waren nachts und morgens doch öfter laute Autos, Stimmen, Kirchenglocken (Sonntags um 7.00 Uhr) zu hören.

Top Unterkunft

Alles top! Prima Lage, super komfortable Ausstattung, chic, gemütlich, alles vorhanden, was zum wohlfühlen und zur Nutzung einer Unterkunft benötigt wird und auch bequeme Betten. Schlüssel gab es über das kleine Fach am Haus, spontane Fragen wurden kurz telefonisch geklärt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Im Bad fehlten uns Ablagen für unseren "Kram" ...für einen längeren Aufenthalt packt man ja seine Waschtasche aus. Die Kaffeemaschine mit den Kugeln war uns ein Rätsel.
