Second time staying in this property, great local area and easy access to asakusa, akihabara and euno area.. clean and comfortable. Washing machine and drying room. Would stay again.

The refrigerator freezes anything left in there overnight.

The apartment is conveniently located close to Kinshicho Station. The kitchen has most things you need. The loft bed is comfortable. The place is clean and well kept. Location on ground floor means you hear other guests going up and down the stairs. It did not bother me.

The apartment is exactly as per the photos: that means, take note that there is NO TABLE. No table to either eat at or use as a work station. The chair, while fancy looking, is also not ideal for using with a laptop. Therefore, this unit is suitable for tourists and people who like to eat out out, or eat standing in the kitchen. Unsuitable for remote working. I had stayed at a different unit in the same building a few years ago. That unit had a desk chair and table. This unit does not. It would be perfect if it had a desk and suitable chair.

However, you may need to take a bit of time to figure out how to use them since all the instructions are in Japanese. - The hot water works well in every room. - Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided. They smell wonderful and are of great quality. I was very impressed.

- ขนาดห้องค่อนข้างเล็ก เข้าพัก 2 คนยังถือได้ว่าไม่แออัด แต่ถ้าเข้าพักมากกว่า 2 คน (ผู้ใหญ่) อาจจะแน่นเกินไป - ฟูกนอนที่ปูที่พื้นมีคานโลหะตรงที่เป็นส่วนพับ นอนทับแล้วไม่ค่อยสบาย ส่วนฟูกที่อยู่บนชั้นลอยนอนได้สบายดี - The room is quite small. It’s comfortable enough for two people, but if more than two adults stay, it might feel cramped. - The futon laid out on the floor has a metal bar at the folding section, which makes it a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. However, the futon on the loft bed is much more comfortable.

机と椅子が欲しかったです💦 丸椅子と机もなくご飯も不便でした💦 冷蔵庫が小さくせっかくキッチンついてるのですが全部凍ってしまいました 下水の匂いをどうにかしてもらえたらと思うし お風呂がなかなか乾きにくく臭いが気になりました
