錦糸町駅からも歩いても近いマンションの部屋なので便利だし、キッチンや洗濯機など普通に生活できる設備なので使いやすく、とにかくリーズナブルでした(*´▽｀*)
ちょっとした料理が出来るように調味料なども常備してありました！
管理人さんのお心遣いも丁寧親切で良かったです♪
強いて言えば、シャンプーは業務用っぽいリンスインシャンプーではなく、市販のでいいのでシャンプーとトリートメントを別々に用意して欲しかったです。ボディーソープは何でもいいですが♪
洗濯洗剤も見える所に箱ごとあると良かったです。

Location was good, we also lived on a first floor. Price was very good for Tokyo. Washing machine in apartment is good to have for this price.
One of the futons was upside down and wet. Also we were not used to sleep in futons - it was hard to sleep. There were 2 windows in a room - big one facing the street and small one facing side. On small window there was no curtain and electric light was always shining through it in a room at night. We sent request to the property asking to add the small curtain and maybe give us additional futons, but we were staying only for 2 nights, so nothing really changed.
