La presenza di due camere da letto e due bagni. L'appartamento è seminterrato ma non umido . La posizione è fantastica, a 50 metri inizia la zona pedonale ed è pieno di locali e supermercati, siamo nella zona della street art, un'area popolare e vivace.
La casa non beneficia di un buon ricambio di area e inoltre l'impianto di areazione interna è rumoroso e si regola male

A casa é muito bonita e cómoda. A decoração, mobilia e espaço em si são ótimos. Gostarmos muito e voltaremos.
A entrada para a casa devia ter luzes, caso contrário torna-se muito escuro e com degraus pode ser perigoso. A parte exterior devia ser arranjada pois com tanta vegetação torna-se inviável aproveitar essa parte da casa. A porta de entrada da casa devia ter uma maneira de ser tapada pois para quem dorme na sala a luz que entra logo pela manhã incomoda.
