Good location, well appointed, clean and tidy. Nice touch to leave welcome bottle of wine and fruit bowl. Quick communication, QR code with restaurant recommendations was great.
Pillows, too soft and not enough.

We loved the location. The apartment was a good size with ample storage for our clothes. A good size fitted kitchen with dish washer, always happy when left some condiments and olive oil for cooking, plus some oranges and wine. Bed was comfortable, with extra pillows/ duvet if needed. The use of a washing machine, including washing capsules, was brilliant
and if needed a dryer, there was also pegs and an airer to dry clothes on the patio. The garden and seating area was very pleasant.
Nothing in particular, but if being fussy, a dog barking due to being left on its own, that was more the owners fault and was resolved when we brought it to the attention of the host. Could have done with a few more utensils in the kitchen, that could be due to the time we stayed. In the shower the water drainage was a little slow, but we soon got the hang of it, again that could be out of the control of the host and didn't make a difference to our holiday.

Really nice spacious apartment in a great neighbourhood. Had all the amenities you need and was nicely decorated. Lots of great places to eat and drink nearby but also easily walkable to the old centre.

The staff was friendly.
I received numerous messages about asking us to confirm our check-in and check out time, as well as if we needed transportation. I provided that information each time. When we are arrive at the property a few minutes before we go to check in, a staff member asked to push our check-in time back because they were running late. Thankfully, another staff member could help us. Also, we requested the sofa bed, which was confirmed by a staff member prior to our visit. It wasn't cleaned, and the drapes and blinds weren't installed before we checked in. We didn't have any pillows our first evening. The bathroom shower water leaked all over the floor. The larger bedroom is right by the street and we couldn't get much sleep because people were right outside of our window talking until 2:00. Food was put outside of our door, and it sat out at room temperature for too long. We were told the food would be delivered and put in the fridge except for the croissants and bread. This property has the ability to do well, but it seems like the staff and management have some operational issues that they need to get figured out.
