O host foi extremamente atencioso e respondeu a todas as dúvidas e necessidades. A casa é espaçosa, tem duas varandas e quartos grandes. A cozinha está muito bem equipada, há máquina de lavar a roupa e máquina de café. Tudo estava muito limpo e a localização é ótima.

O apartamento é muito espaçoso, bonito e confortável. Podemos levar nossa cachorrinha por um valor adicional, e a comunicação foi nota 10 com o dono. A sacada da sala é ótima, e a cozinha bem equipada. Também adoramos o sofá. Localização é boa, 6 minutos caminhando do Mercado Bom Sucesso, que amamos. Recomendamos a estadia!

Faltam ventoinhas ou ar condicionado (só conseguimos dormir bem com um dos dois). As persianas de dois quartos não estavam funcionando, então não pudemos acessar a varanda do quarto. Outra coisa é que a cama do segundo quarto fazia muito barulho. A wifi funciona muito bem na sala, mas não tanto nos quartos. Apenas observações para deixar a experiência melhor ainda!

The location was excellent and one of the biggest highlights of our stay. Being so close to the city center made it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. The neighborhood is amazing, with all kinds of services nearby, including supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and shops. Public transportation is easily accessible, and many of the main tourist attractions are within walking distance or just a short ride away. The apartment itself was very spacious, extremely clean, and thoughtfully organized. It is practical, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it perfect for both vacation stays and work trips. Everything was maintained to a high standard, which made our stay very enjoyable. A great bonus is the private parking available in the same building, which is incredibly convenient and adds significant value, especially for those traveling by car. Overall, a fantastic place to stay, and I would highly recommend it.

Nothing important to mention. Everything met our expectations, and we had a very pleasant stay. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be the addition of outdoor furniture on the balconies, which would make those spaces even more enjoyable.
