The property in itself was clean, small but practical.
Everything was there except a fan or AC!
First I arrived and I was not noticed that the elevator was not working - found out later that it was working from the 1st floor. No fan or AC while it was so hot in the city. Also there were no drapes on the windows, and a lot of vis-à-vis with the neighbours. I have to had that the location is great, but there is constant noise first from the tram passing every 5 minutes and it is a very noisy neighborhood, and I didn’t feel safe. Then I had renovations the day after all day long - like it was happening in my room, not that good when you need to work remotely.
