Un bon emplacement parce que proche du centre, un studio bien neuf et bien entretenu.
Surtout un hôte courtois et très réactif : à mon entrée, les services de nettoyage n'étaient pas passés, je l'ai immédiatement signalé et 45 minutes plus tard, le studio a été remis dans un ordre impeccable !
Bien qu'on y trouve toutes les commodités, le studio est un peu petit et les sièges-tabourets autour de la petite table à manger sont moins agréables que des chaises.

Insonorisation phonique à revoir : on entend tous les détails des activités du voisin - l’appartement manque de rangements présents mais entravés les fermetures du propriétaire pour ses biens personnels
Il n’y a même pas une patère pour suspendre le manteau
