About this house rental
This beautifully renovated home is conveniently located just on the edge of Nantucket's historic downtown. Guests will be shocked at how large this home feels given it's street appearance at 4300 sq feet of meticulously planned space. This home has five gracious bedrooms across three floors with custom built-ins throughout. A large patio and in-ground hot tub make outdoor entertaining easy. New to VRBO fall 2023.
1st floor - Off the entry foyer is a formal living space and dining room, split by a double-sided fireplace. To the right of the living room are a custom-built wet bar and a powder room. The chef's kitchen offers ample storage and high-end appliances throughout and is finished by a large marble island. Next to the kitchen is a space being used for informal dining, a large pantry, and a laundry room. The light and the bright transom lined living room has built-in desks and an elegant coffered ceiling. Double French doors lead out to the large bluestone patio.
2nd floor - A winding staircase leads up to the second floor. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with double vanity, bathtub, and a large glass and tile shower. Down the hallway is a cozy bedroom room with built-in storage. Further down the hallway are an additional washer and dryer and two full bathrooms, each with a glass and tile shower. One bedroom at the end of the hallway has a custom-built bed that makes this an ideal oasis for kids. The other bedroom has built-in twin and queen beds.
Basement - The finished lower level features built-in bunk beds, abundant storage space, and a full bathroom with a tile and glass shower. This area is the ideal space for kids or grown up adults who don't mind sleeping in a bunk room!

We have been coming to Nantucket for years and this is one of our favorite house rentals! The generous room layout, gorgeous decor and proximity to town are fabulous, the owner could not have been kinder or more helpful and the hot tub is a fun plus. There are plenty of living areas to hang out in with a big group and everything you need for a relaxing and easy vacation. We will be back!
