About this house rental
Enjoy Nantucket year-round in a beautifully redecorated charming family home. The home is located in the in the Upper Main Street town area just two blocks from the Madaket bike path. Equipped with new adult bikes, a pool table and gym equipment. (MINIMUM ONE WEEK RENTAL IN SUMMER). It is a ten minute walk to Town and to the Ferry. Some of the more popular Nantucket beaches, including Children's, Steps, Cisco and Madaket are all within close proximity. This property has a one week minimum stay during the summer high season months.
This home newly decorated and appointed in 2015. Beautifully built five bedroom all ensuite home with a bright and open floor plan and a gourmet kitchen and multiple living areas all close to town. All new furnishings, linens, painting and wallpaper. Enter to a foyer, powder room. Living room with gas fireplace and wet bar, French doors open to covered porch and patio. Bright dining room opens into a spacious gourmet kitchen with large center island. Master bedroom suite with French doors to large patio and a private master bath with double vanity, jet soaking tub and oversized shower. Second floor has a comfortable living room and three large ensuite guest bedrooms and laundry. Basement has additional living room, fifth guest bedroom with bath and laundry room. A perfect vacation spot with lovely outdoor spaces plus the luxury of being close to Town! No pets allowed.
The home has central A/C and an outdoor shower. Beach necessities include beach chairs, towels, etc. The home is equipped with HD cable TV and hi-speed broadband wireless internet and a sons sound system. The driveway holds two cars.
This is the perfect home for family vacations and wedding parties.

I should have given “accuracy of listing” one star because the pictures do not do this beautifully decorated home justice!!!! There was so much space for all 8 of us to hang out.

This home was beyond beautiful and comfortable. It was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, including a cake stand for a birthday cake and enough beach chairs for our party of 10. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and clean. 10/10!

We had a wonderful 2 week stay on New Lane! The house is beautiful and comfortable, and all the lovely design touches made it feel like we were guests in someone's home, not tenants in a rental (which a lot of the sterile rental properties feel like). The fabrics, wallpapers, furniture, and linens made us feel pampered! The kitchen was totally stocked and everything was easy to find for nights of cooking in; the walk to town was short and pleasant, making popping into town for shopping and meals easy and car-free! This house has a ton of room, with a perfect set up for privacy on the second floor, a beautiful master on the first, and perfect space for teenagers in the basement. There's a great patio area off the dining room, and another relaxing patio area off of the master. The property manager was quick to respond when we had a minor issue (a beeping noise on a water tank that needed to be reset), and he couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Owner was wonderfully responsive and lovely to work with. We have rented A LOT of houses on the island, and this one was voted everyone's favorite!

This house is simply amazing and perfect for a large family group. It is ideally located close to downtown. We walked there daily for groceries and awesome shopping. We were able to easily access all of the great bike paths. The house is amply stocked with beach chairs and towels. The kitchen was a dream to use. We loved the outdoor porches and gathering areas as well. The property manager answered every request we made promptly and courteously. Thank you Michelle for
