About this house rental
This quintessential in-town home is just a 5 minute walk to Main St. and all the in town shops and restaurants. The harbor is just steps away and beaches are easily reached by car or bike for which the home has off street parking. The WAVE, Nantucket's public bus route, is also one-block away. Beach chairs, towels, coolers, umbrellas, boogie boards and toys are provided making beach trips fun and easy.
Three stories of spacious living include a gracious first floor entry, queen bedroom with en suite bathroom, open living room, den/office, half bathroom, bar area with Sub-Zero and kitchen with island and eat-in dining table. The second floor includes two queen bedrooms, full bathroom with tub, media room with 55" 4K TV and custom queen pull-out sofa and king master bedroom with en suite bathroom and TV. The third floor includes a sleeping area with two twin beds, en suite bathroom, game table and bean bag chairs and well as many board games, books and DVDs for kids to watch on the TV. A pack-n-play along with sheets and a high chair are also available for your use. The first floor mudroom and laundry area has ample shelving, storage, washing machine and two dryers. L'Occitane shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap are provided in each bathroom along with blow-dryers.
The large patio has an outdoor shower, fire pit and deluxe patio furniture with umbrella. A set of french doors leads from the kitchen to a connected blue-stone outdoor dining area complete with grille, umbrella, dining table and chairs for twelve to complete this in town charmer. The bench and bucket space on the brick patio is made perfectly for leaving sandy shoes and should be used to protect the historic pine floors.

Incredible spot. Location is great and the house was very charming and in awesome shape. Owners were clearly very kind and as responsive as they could be. We didn't have our kids for this trip, but it would be great for that too with an awesome space on the third floor for kiddos. Nothing but high marks for all the things that matter the most, and highly recommend.
Only complaint was on VRBO / its messaging system all wknd. Most notable issue was it somehow cut off the last 3 letters of the WiFi password in the arrival instructions, which was actually pretty complicated... (a) service is spotty in this part of town (same as much of town) and (b) for some reason you literally cannot use VRBO's app effectively without WiFi... The owners/manager were great though and as responsive as they possibly could have been to get it figured out.
