The host was very responsive and accommodating before/during our stay! The house was clean, spacious, well stocked, and well located. We really enjoyed the outdoor space as well. Highly recommend this house if you’re visiting Nantucket.

We were there with our daughter and her husband and her 3 children and the prospective partners of 2 of them. The younger ones (everyone but us) used bikes, and for us it was a pleasant walk into town.
We made an effort to leave the house as clean as possible. Could you please let us know that (hopefully) there are no extra charges and when we will get our deposit back.

Very nice kitchen/island, eating area, fire pit and bedding. Good gathering spaces. We had to ask for washcloths and hand towels twice before any arrived, and still not enough for 8. Fabric furniture and floors need a good cleaning. The third floor (dorm style room and one king) are really too warm to comfortably sleep. Both storm doors broken. The house was well done when renovated, just needs some sprucing up.
