Historic Nantucket home with recent (2011) full renovation updated with modern amenities. Centrally located near the top of Main St. with quick access to Hummock Pond Road (Cisco) and Madaket Road.
An open floor plan on the first floor includes kitchen with a large island and stainless steel appliances, a dining table that comfortably seats 10 people, a living room with a fireplace, a second living room with a wood stove, plus a primary King Suite with laundry, a private office, and a powder room.
Second floor features four bedrooms (King, Queen, Queen with Twin), three bedrooms have private baths, a laundry, a sitting area with TV and pullout sofa bed. Lower level includes a bunk room with bunks and twin bed, a spacious well equipped gym with a Peleton, and a full bath with tub.
Attractive outdoor living space with fire pit, flagstone patio, large deck, gas grill & outdoor shower. There is plenty of comfortable seating outdoors as well as a small grass yard for playing.
This house is located near town, a mere ten minute leisurely walk on brick sidewalks. The brewery is a mile and half away, Cisco Beach is 3 miles away and Jetties Beach is a mile and a half as well.
