Beautiful airy and sunny five bedroom upside down design home ideally located in desirable Brant Point. Just moments from the beach, shopping and dining in Town. This recently renovated summer vacation home is adjacent to conservation land and enjoys views of open space towards Brant Point Lighthouse. First floor: Welcoming entry hall, Four bedrooms and four baths. Three of the bedrooms have private baths. Covered porch. Second floor: Large open living space. Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, pantry closet, and large dining area. The living room with two sitting areas, takes advantage of gorgeous views. The fifth bedroom and bath are on this level. There is a large deck with views of the harbor.

We had an amazing time at Adams house. The location was perfect for our week with family. A 2 min walk to children’s beach which was ideal for our small children (swim area, playground), walkable to town for dinner, ice cream, etc. House had all the amenities we needed including beach gear, plenty of bathrooms for all the adults and good size common area to hang out. 10/10 would do it again! Adam was incredibly responsive and helpful with our trip.

We had a fantastic stay in this home. The home is well set up for adults and children (young and old) and has a perfect view of the Nantucket fireworks from the street.
