About this house rental
This fun family house is located walking distance to town, and has easy access to beaches---on bike path to Cisco beach and the Brewery, super easy access to Surfside and Madaket bike paths.
Expansive back deck is perfect for cocktails with a nice island breeze. Also offers a small private side yard for kids to play in and adults to relax--room for cornhole, Kan-Jam, Spike Ball or whatever yard games you prefer. The location is one we have stayed in for years offering our pre-teen and teen kids and their friends easy access to ride bikes, walk to town, get dinner, shop, you name it. Nice to have some independence while parents can have peace of mind.
Newly renovated house has 5 bedrooms (1 en suite King, 1 en suite Queen, additional King and Queen with a shared bathroom and a bunk room with its own bathroom, 2 Double mattresses above and 2 Queen mattresses below). House sleeps up to 16 easily. Ideal for 2-3 families to share. Open floor plan on upper floor with living, dining and brand new kitchen. Indoor dining area easily seats 12. Second living space in the basement ideal to set up the kids with a movie while parents enjoy an evening upstairs on the deck. House has central AC, but open the windows and fall asleep to the gentle island breezes.
Stylish but comfortable décor---your home away from home. Upper deck table can also accommodate 12 for dinner, and nice seating areas on the back porch below. According to our family and friends, this location is the best of both worlds on Nantucket----Town and Beach access--both easy.

The photos do not do this beautiful house justice. Stunning, fully equipped, amazing location. We came for a girls weekend and had the best stay! Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Every detail was taken care off -- including a hairdryer for all 4 baths. Great location. Easy walk to town -- in fact we split up --one group getting an Uber and another walk. The walkers arrived first.I highly recommend this site

This cleverly designed home perfectly accommodates, a large group, while facilitating gathering in a variety of thoughtfully laid out spaces. With basement and first floor, sleeping accommodations, ample bathrooms, and the main indoor gathering space upstairs, this home on a small footprint is expansive in its accommodations and amenities. Eight of us shared the space comfortably for a two night getaway to Nantucket. The build is brand new and the place was spotless. A downstairs patio under an expensive upstairs deck provide lounging areas a porch swing and a large outdoor table adjacent to the grill area flanked by a patio couch. No better place to chill on pleasant evenings or on which to wake up peacefully with a cup of coffee. The location of this home is adjacent to bike paths from which we biked, on ebikes delivered to us, and picked up, at the house by Easy Riders Bike Rentals. We rode from here to Dionis Beach, Madaket Beach, and even just a mile and a half down the road to Cisco Brewery. Matt was wonderfully communicative and responded promptly to all inquiries. The house sits comfortably among its neighbors, and while not graced with ocean views or other vistas, provides a comfortable and private location from which to base free from the hard press of super close neighbors typical of downtown. I highly recommend this home as a comfortable location for able bodied group for whom stairs are not a problem.
