Our annual summer tenant recently purchased a home here, opening the door for new guests to experience a beautifully maintained property designed for relaxed summer living. Set on over three private acres at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac just off the top of Main Street, this spacious 5,000+ square-foot home offers rare privacy while still less than a mile from the heart of town—an easy walk or bike ride to shops, dining, and the Ferry. The Home: 6 bedrooms, 5 full baths, Sleeps 12–14 comfortably. Two primary suites, 3 King beds, 3 Queen beds, 1 Twin, plus a pull-out sofa. The finished basement features a gym and game room, complete with a Peloton bike, elliptical, yoga mats, weights, and space to unwind or play ping pong, bumper pool, or shuffleboard. The layout is ideal for multi-generational families or groups traveling together—plenty of room to gather, and just as much space to relax and recharge. The heart of the home is a fully outfitted eat-in kitchen and expansive dining room which is perfect for everything from casual breakfasts to hosting memorable Nantucket dinners. A brand-new Restoration Hardware farmhouse table comfortably seats 12 and anchors the dining space beautifully. The sunroom, filled with natural light and comfortable couches, is a favorite spot for morning coffee or afternoon reading. Shelves throughout the home are stocked with books for beach days or porch lounging, inviting you to slow down and settle in. Step outside to the expansive deck overlooking a level meadow, where idyllic sunset views feel straight out of a postcard.
