About this house rental
Located on a quiet cul-de-sac near 60 acres of State Forest land and in close proximity to South Shore beaches, Mid-Island shopping/restaurants, bike path and Town, 9R Bayberry Lane is a private, newly-constructed property on 0.53 acres that features a 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath main house, a cabana/garage with sleeping loft and a pool/hot tub situated between the two. The kitchen features Wolf, Subzero, and Bosch appliances with custom cabinetry and a large center island. Throughout the house and cabana you'll find shiplap walls, cathedral ceilings, exposed wood beams, Sonos, two washers/dryers and a home gym on three floors of open-concept, finished living space. The beautifully landscaped outdoor area includes a heated saltwater pool and hot tub with automatic cover set in a large, private backyard.
First Floor Description
The first level of the main house includes a gorgeous living room space with great natural light, a shiplap cathedral ceiling, gas fireplace with TV mounted overhead, and sliding doors that offer access to the back deck and pool area. Staying at Sea Salt was next level! Our hosts’ home is immaculate and has everything you want for a luxury stay on Nantucket. The house is great for kids and enjoying family time. The location is convenient to great restaurants, workout facilities, top notch markets and a drive away from the best beaches on the island. Not a detail has been overlooked and the house is nicely outfitted so you can pack less. We can’t wait to go back! The hosts and caretaker respond within seconds. I also loved the decor and aesthetic and thought the beds were so comfortable and luxurious.

A gorgeous house with all the amenities you could think of. The pool and hot tub were amazing along with the pool house. With only a 10 minute drive to downtown, this is the perfect location on the island. If you are traveling to Nantucket, this is the place to stay.
