Tedious drawn out check in process . Allow one hour for all the stages . Sent to wrong location to pick up keys . Only one set of keys for 2 couples and the lock box is several blocks from the apartment . Allowed no flexibility with coming and going . No batteries in one aircon handset .No batteries in tv handset . Seats in lounge tatty and uncomfortable Ensuite bathroom very small
