Nice apartment, but some minor issues

Modern, nice, comfortable apartment

For this price, would have made sense to have some beach towels available, given that it is not far from the beach. There were some cleanliness issues with the sheets, but the owners ignored the request to change them . Nothing terrible, but also seems like would have been an easy things to fix.

Very nice

The location was great, the apartment was very nice, and the terrace was stunning. STUNNING. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and to the beach. The two bathrooms have entrance from the hallway, great for a group.

The big bedroom is quite ok, but the small one is very, very small, with no space to keep your luggage. Also, the two beds are quite small. We were two adult couples, I think the second bedroom is perfect for two children.

Un gran peccato

La posizione della casa è estremamente comoda, è una casa grande con una bella terrazza e molto luminosa. Sicuramente l'agenzia è stata molto celere nelle risposte alle nostre domande e sono stati flessibili sull'orario del check-out.

Per essere una casa gestita da un'agenzia ci aspettavamo un livello un po' più alto. Appena arrivati ci siamo accorti che la lavatrice era piena con i copriletti ancora completamente bagnati. L'unica pentola adatta all'induzione era incrostata con pezzetti di pasta. Le altre pentole non funzionavano se non con un adattatore nascosto in un cassetto e non ben segnalato. Per la raccolta differenziata nelle istruzioni della casa si parla di una tessera per aprire i cassonetti in strada che tuttavia non è presente e tutti i cassonetti sono dotati di serratura ( l' agenzia ci ha fatto lasciare la pattumiera all'interno dell'immobile). Sul sito di booking il check-out è alle 11 mentre l'agenzia ci ha scritto alle 10. Infine bisogna comprare tutto dal sapone per la lavastoviglie alla carta igienica (2 rotoli per 5 giorni potrebbero non bastare). Ultima nota il bagno piccolo emana un odore abbastanza nauseante, per noi è stato inutilizzabile. Questa è la prima recensione negativa che scrivo in 5 anni... Davvero un peccato perché è sicuramente una casa con un grande potenziale

Mi è piaciuta molto la vista sulla chiesa e la piazza.

Posizione perfetta! Terrazzo ampio e spazi anch’essi ampi. Nei dintorni si trova tutto, cucina attrezzata molto bene. L’appartamento è praticamente sulla via principale che porta in centro. Consigliatissimo!

Parcheggio non comodissimo ma si trova anche gratuito sotto casa. Il secondo bagno avrebbe bisogno di areazione migliore.

Fantastico

Bellissimo appartamento, 15 minuti a piedi dal lungomare, super comodo con un terrazzo fantastico. La signora Margherita poi è fantastica, super disponibile e gentilissima. Se dovessi trovarmi in zona, ci tornerei sicuramente
