Месторасположение и район отличные! Доброжелательные арендодатели, все объяснили четко и понятно! Подземная парковка ~5€ за сутки! Абсолютно все, что нужно для комфортного проживания, есть! Скоростной интернет в том числе! Так же магазин в соседнем подъезде до 23:00)
Один момент, но тут арендодатель не при чем, в квартире присутствовал стойкий запах сигарет, мы как некурящие сильно это чувствовали, скорее это вина людей, которые арендуют и курят либо в окно либо с открытым балконом, хотелось бы более уважительного отношения от арендующих к такой милой квартире!

Parking instructions werent clear. Infact we didnt get any instructions for parking. But this was sorted once we phoned the host. Parking underground was a bit tricky as it is shared by multiple buildings. Same parking numbers could be found in two underground halls so it was a bit hassle but was sorted out.

Ogólnie czystość w obiekcie do zaakceptowania. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Zdecydowany plus, to miejsce parkingowe, ale tutaj jest pewien haczyk :) Na zdecydowany plus, dobry kontakt z wynajmującym!
Brak dbałości o detale - spuchnięte blaty, odpadający tynk przy suficie, nieoklejone fragmenty zabudowy meblowej. Parking teoretycznie płatny 20 zł/dobę, ale w rozmowie telefonicznej pada stwierdzenie, że za noty 10 pkt., będzie bezpłatny...
