Dużym udogodnieniem był parking podziemny, a także świetna lokalizacja do centrum miasta. Jeżeli chodzi o weekendowe wypady to miejsce spełnia oczekiwania.
Apartament wymagałby odświeżenia. Niektóre elementy wyposażenia wymagałyby naprawy bądź wymiany.

Ogólnie czystość w obiekcie do zaakceptowania. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Zdecydowany plus, to miejsce parkingowe, ale tutaj jest pewien haczyk :) Na zdecydowany plus, dobry kontakt z wynajmującym!
Brak dbałości o detale - spuchnięte blaty, odpadający tynk przy suficie, nieoklejone fragmenty zabudowy meblowej. Parking teoretycznie płatny 20 zł/dobę, ale w rozmowie telefonicznej pada stwierdzenie, że za noty 10 pkt., będzie bezpłatny...
