Jade went over and beyond to accommodate my visit. I unfortunatedly was faced with a last minute cancellation at another property and luckily Jade was able to host me at the last minute. She allowed me access to the property despite the fact that VBRO failed to process payment. She went out of her way to meet up with me to accept cash payment. This was much appreciated. Unfortunately, it cost me an additional 100 to pay her in cash as opposed to using my Mastercard credit card which VRBO normally accepts. Apparently she is unable to process payment from VRBO. Hopefully this is something that she can rectify.Her flat was just as advertised. And I would like to emphise that the flat was better than the pictures showed in the listing. I highly recommend her flat. It is well situated for you to explore all that Southhampton has to offer.
