Unfortunately when the guests arrived late on Sunday evening they found that the bathroom had no hot/cold running water and had to use the kitchen sink to wash. The lead guest had phoned the host on the Sunday to let them know and then I had to chase them up Monday to get the plumber out. Sadly, the plumber failed to fix the issue on Monday and we had to get him out again on the Tuesday but he managed to fix it this time round. The host was very responsive via WhatsApp and was apologetic but I feel these types of issues should be checked prior to new guests arriving (checking the taps are working correctly etc.)
