Apartment 3

Good location, clean and comfortable, the site was well run and relaxed. We loved the balcony overlooking the river and sound of the water flowing over the rocks. Very good walking connection into Keswick.

Other than from the shower there was a lack of hot water, we didn't however ask to have this issue looked at, at the time as we could use the shower and kettle.

Key was in door

Only small issue was the doors in accommodation would shut and there was no door stops But didn’t ruin my trip

Good amount of space, comfortable beds and living room. There was a balcony, although we didn't make much use of it. Nice situation next to river. Easy access to cycle trail.

All rooms separated by fire doors with heavy door closing mechanism made it difficult to carry things with 2 hands between rooms. A few things in the kitchen were a bit worn, but a broken tin opener was replaced straight away by reception which was good. We couldn't get the dish washer to work properly, as the compartment to hold the soap tablet wouldn't close. We reported this but it didn't get fixed.
